I originally posted an experience with world Hyundai that was horrible. In short the person who created the deal was insulting and disrespectful. He suggested that we do a voluntary repossession. I sent a long email to the general manager and she called me and was able to assist. I appreciate the apology and her willingness to try to correct the issue. I changed my original stars from 1 to 3. The The incident still occurred however, the general manager did what she could to correct the situation.

I had a great experience working with Jevon he made the entire car buying process quick and easy. He was professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I really appreciate how efficient he was. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

I came in due to my passenger front tire instantly going flat yesterday. Because I am financed through hyundai and purchased my vehicle here last year new they have been taking care of all my maintenance needs. The service advisor, Aniyah, was able to immediately assist me when I arrived for my appointment. Was very pleased with the Associate in Service Dept.

My biggest fear about car lots is wasting my time listening to salesperson who won't explain loan procedures. My experience today was unbelievable, my salesperson Haley was patient, informative, and sympathetic about my time. My finance manager did the best job of thoroughly explaining each step of the process. I invite anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to visit Haley & Dante.

Today we came in to see if we should get a car. We worked with Laith and he had great customer service. He made sure we had water and was honest about what we could get. He provided tons of details on the cars we were considering. We did a test drive and broke down all that the car is equipped with. Very informative and took the time to get us the best deal with the budget that we had. highly recommend working with him :) 10/10 personality!

I’m went to get my complimentary oil change and tire rotation, and some of the staff members were rude to me, they didn’t even throw the garbage away when they were done servicing my vehicle that they left in my vehicle, and I had to sit there, and because I said they didn’t even see me in the carport. That’s not good customer service, they really need to do better.

I had Jevon and he listened and on the first showing picked out the perfect car for me! Thank you so much Jevon!
