Pad Thickness Requirement
Brake pads must reach 2mm thickness or less to qualify for replacement.
Both mileage and wear thresholds must be met. You cannot receive a replacement before reaching the minimum mileage, even if wear thresholds are met earlier.
To maintain eligibility, all services must be performed at World Hyundai Matteson’s Service Center.

Your first replacement becomes available at 33,000 miles for the tire warranty, or at 33,000 miles (or when brake pads reach 2mm thickness) for the brake warranty.
Yes, all maintenance services including tire rotations, alignments, and brake fluid flushes must be performed exclusively at World Hyundai Matteson’s Service Center to maintain warranty eligibility.
Missing scheduled maintenance services may result in warranty forfeiture. We recommend setting up reminders and scheduling your appointments in advance to stay on track.
You’ll select either tire or brake coverage at the time of vehicle purchase. This choice is locked in for the duration of your 100,000-mile coverage, so choose the option that best fits your driving needs.
A mandatory four-wheel alignment must be performed at the customer’s expense during each tire replacement. This ensures optimal tire wear and vehicle handling.
Electric vehicles are not eligible for the 100K Mile Promise warranty at this time. The warranty is designed for traditional internal combustion and hybrid vehicles only.
The 100K Mile Promise warranty is transferable to subsequent owners, which can increase your vehicle’s resale value. Contact our team for transfer documentation requirements.
No. The 100K Mile Promise is a wear-based warranty covering normal tire and brake wear. Road hazards, damage from accidents, punctures, and sidewall damage are not covered. Consider adding a separate road hazard warranty for complete protection.
