I live in Texas, up in the DFW area, but I bought my car at World Hyundai. Because of family, I travel back and forth from Illinois to Texas, sometimes 2-3 times a year. I've always had good service experiences here in the past. I get that things are tough economically right now, but before, the service department would always find the best prices and let me use multiple coupons. This time, I didn't get that. But if I tell them something wasn't right, they'll reach out to see how they can make things better. The service team is super friendly. Management also tries to fix things. I'm not sure when I'll be back, but this dealership still feels like home. I could've waited until I got back to Texas, especially since prices and taxes are cheaper there, but if I'm in Illinois, this is my dealership, and it is for several family members too. If I have time to go back and have them look at the mechanical issues I'm having with my car, I will. After the price of just the regular maintenance, I didn't want to ask about the other things I was having trouble with, maybe next time.

Tried to charge 25$ for a free oil change that they agreed to 10 years ago.

The manager Joshua really helped me out today with my 2026 Palisade Calligraphy. He was very personable and patient as it took longer than I had expected to get my Apple CarPlay working with the latest Hyundai update and then iPhone had its own update. I’m so thankful for his assistance and I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. It was late in his work day for sure but with the service I received I just wanted others to know you won’t be disappointed in purchasing a vehicle here.
