I was looking for a new car for my parents, and from the first phone call through to the delivery of their new car, the entire staff at World Hyundai was fantastic.  They treated my parents with dignity and respect, with no "run-around".  They also had the best price in Chicagoland, both for the new and pre-driven models, after much shopping around and exhaustive Internet research.  My folks are now driving a new, safe, and great looking Santa Fe, thanks to the sales staff at World Hyundai!  many thanks to Melissa, Angie, and Christian for all your help.  You have created a loyal, repeat customer!

I had a pleasant experience besides the fact that the car was promised in 10 days and I did not get it until approximately 5 days afterwards.  Rory attempted to provide updates with the information available to him, but it was still a little frustating.  Overrall, it was a pretty good experience considering this is a car dealership.
